Trigger error flag
Subpage of V3 basic flags
Trigger error type flag or isTriggerError flag
- The isTriggerError flag shows if any trigger error occured, for details use the Trigger error type flag.
- The Trigger error type flag shows which type of trigger error has been detected by the ECU.
- The error message will show the problem at least 1.6 seconds.
- If more then one error has been detected, the latest error message will be shown.
- Meaning of values:
- No Tr Error: no trigger error detected.
- Too many Pr.trig: too many primary triggers detected (secondary trigger can be missing).
- Less Pr.trig: less primary trigger detected than it should be.
- Too many Sec.trig: too many secondary trigger detected than it should be.
- Less many Sec.trig: less secondary trigger detected than it should be.
- Sec trig pos bad: secondary trigger detected on bad position according to sectrig validation (to disable it just set minimum to zero and maximum to 360. at Secondary trigger settings).
- Tooth length bad: the tooth width seems to be wrong (only if Advanced filter is enabled).
- Safe Mode: the ignition and injection are prohibited, because
- on the ECU calibration dialog the "prohibit configuration" is bad
- OR configured to iButton and not yet touched it
- check these settings at ECU calibration
