The ignition outputs can be set here.
The firing order depends on the trigger reference tooth table for example:
ref tooth:0,3,2,1
the ignition output 0 has a reference tooth = 0,
the ignition output 1 has a reference tooth = 3....
Unlike the normal ignition output table, you choose pairs of outputs that fire on the same ignition event to create a "virtual wasted spark" using regular coils, one on each spark plug, instead of real wasted spark coils.

This is useful on engines where you have a missing-tooth trigger and no cam sync signal, it enables you to use individual coils per cylinder without using a cam sync sensor.
