ALS activation flag shows the ALS (Advanced AntiLagSystem) status.
Meaning of values:
- ALS OFF: ALS functions off
- ALS ON: ALS enabled
- ALS Retard: ALS active with spark retard
- ALS Cut: ALS active with spark cut
- ALS Cut+Ret: ALS active with spark cut and spark retard
