Using GintsK's config I tuned the VE table with "Tune by statistics" I also adjusted the Crank VE to 55% because it was flooding the car out at 100%. The cars response seems much better. I'd like to run this config for a full gas tank or two before I change anything else to see how my fuel mileage is doing.

Many little tweaks. Cranking, acceleration, lambda, egoc, advance at off-boost regions, warmup, ...

In the latest config these were the changes made:

3 degrees of timing in the cruise parts of the map
removed Accel enrichment at low levels
decreased cold start values
decreased cranking VE value and lowered crank RPM
