I had the Ecu sent out so it could be reconfigured for the AAN otherwise it's not going to work.

Looks like auditrigger with bouncing sectrig.
One way to debug the hardware setup is to (disconnect the HALL sensor and) connect the HALL sensor signal to GND to see if it is working that way.

Did you invert the crankhome-VR polarity ? (or maybe it was inverted and inverted back ??)
Scopeshot of the VR signal would be nice. Should go up first (hill), than down (valley).
