Thanks for the elaboration i was able to spot the described conditions.

We found a tps interpolation error in 1.2.23, this has been corrected in 1.2.24 and up. See: http://www.vems.hu/wiki/index.php?page=GenBoard/UnderDevelopment/FirmwareChanges for more details.

triggerlog looks different as the sectrig goes away sometimes
what could also be possible is that the TPS signal cuts out shortly with this firmware.
The effect has gone away since i´m using 1.2.11 again.

See vemslog at approx. 6:29 and 6:42, TPS signal is shortly 0 while doing a WOT.

Could you elaborate at what log positions these trigger errors are seen ? Quick initial review of your log i could not spot them.
