Original 8+2 trigger not supported yet.
The engine is not start with 1.1.33 firmware. It seems a ignition timing problem at crank, because andvance is changing randomly.
Initial syncup sequence fixed in 1.1.42. We could add the new config variables, and test 1.1.42 with your config.

- we tested with this config (not from a real cosworth engine, just that new variables are not set randomly ): [mcd_mct.zip]
- can be uploaded with recent vemstune
The working configuration is:
36-1 trigger wheel on the crankshaft pulley.
Original VR sensor in original place.
No secondary trigger yet.
Wasted spark.
