The 1.1.33 firmware tested with 36-1, with recommended changes from 1.1.27. The engine starts, after warmup it has a normal idle. But it leans out when we rise the rpm to 1.2-1.5k. Changing VE not help , we run out of the max value, but it is not enough to compensate the leaning out. It seems to be firmware bug.
Battery cut off switch
Because of drifting regulations, I had to install it. I use the 6 pole item. This is the wiring instruction:
It has a resistor which prevents the alternator circuit from being damaged by high-voltage surges.
Is it enough to protect the vems unit when shut down the electrical system? Or need a 18V unidirectional transient diode too? (from webshop)
