We are installing ECM in racecars, mostly Renault and Opel
We excel in clutch technology. Main area of operation: Hungary and middle-Europe. Contact: Sipos András +3630 9511375
Planning to install GenBoard/VerThree in Renault Clio V6
- Naturally aspirated engine
- MAP sensor (manifold absolute pressure):
- analog output (0..5V) external ?
- or internal ? 6x4mm pneumatic tube ?
Trigger
- 60-2 VR crank (TODO: confirm this)
- cam HALL signal ?
Most of the system is standard fuel-injected gasoline engine
- changing to mechanically actuated throttle (originally throttle-by-wire)
- TPS throttle position sensor
- coolant temp
- manifold air temperature
- WBO2 (lambda-sensor in exhaust)
Misc features
The cars are equipped with sequential gearbox. The setup resembles a motorcycle setup. The gearbox is controlled manually. There is a micro-switch that shorts output to GND during shifting. The engine is supposed to cut fuel for this time to relieve torque to make shifting possible.
This can be implemented with existing idle-based overrun fuelcut (the microswitch engaging idle-state), or it can be done with a few lines of new code.
