Mercedes 190E 2.6 With m103engine.

Old mechanic injections system removed.

Custom fuelrail. BMW 300cc HighZ injectors.

BMW VR sensor, BMW 60-2 wheel on pully.

1ch Ignition with dizzy. Will upgrade to COP later.

E85 Bioetanol fuel, Injectors @ 65% DC @ full load.

Vems v3 Harness, with relay-part.

Problem with trigger signal, may have accentually removed the EC36 connector while ignition on and damaged p259 circuit? P259 Outputs still working. But no trigger.

P259 chip removed after recommendation from VEMS HQ, still no clear trigger signal, but now the fuel-pump primes when cranking. Did not do that before.

Will try and change VR sensor to Volvo type.

All outputs tested and functioning.

Update: 2011-06-09

New status!

Up and running fine with P259 chip removed.

Just needed better battery!

BMW VR sensor needed polarity change, trig-sig lost @ 4500rpm.

After polarity change, perfect signal!

Base-tuned and running perfectly!

Next step: Upgrade injetors to 650cc, and install T04E Turbo.

Outputs changed from p259 to Injector channels.

Fuelpump : Inj ch.16 EC36 pin9.

Coolent fan : Inj ch.32 EC36 pin 18.

  • if only p259 "low-current" output available for a relay, than measure the existance of the diode in the relay coil (not all have them, external diode needed for some).

Relays are standard that where supplied with V3 harness.
