VEMS install on Volvo B6304
Starting my memberspage today (080820). I recently installed and my first VEMS setup (my first ems system ever) and got the engine started. I guess it's time to have a memberspage :)
Status
080820 - VEMS installed, and engine started with cam-sync active
My Vems 3.3 specs
- 30V Flyback
- 8 ignition drivers
- Onboard 400kpa MAP sensor
- VR as Primary Trigger
- Hall as Secondary trigger
- Wiring harness made by myself
- Using MT 1.0.73
- LSU4 Wideband oxygen sensor
My engine
- Volvo B6304 standard NA
- VR on crank
- Hall for cam sync
- Volvo COP ignition
- Stock TPS
- Stock IAC not used
The car
- Opel Rekord C Coupé 1968
- Custom front end with Volvo 960 front axle, suspension and steering
- Moved firewall ~10 cm
- Volvo 1041 rear axle with locker
- Rollcage
- AW30-43 Automatic gearbox with custom electrical controller for manual shifting (not made yet).
- Custom alu fueltank in trunk with dual fuelpumps
