Specifying ECU (inputs, outputs, mechanically)
suzuki_swift_wiring_diagrams_1997.pdf is helpful, but not enough, by far.
Factory connector should be used.
- can be placed in VEMS box (best)
- or factory box (seems more difficult to get right)
- or even adapter small harness (not really justified)
Output
- Logiclevel ignout .. pin10 (no idea if 5v/12v needed). External ignitor triggered from pin10 ORG
A/C ? AC-idle up in pin19 BLU/RED; AC Cut-out pin17 LT GRN/RED
FAN? pin20 BLU
idle valve type ? PWM type, pin24 GRY/RED
Tach out? Tach is triggered from coil directly, not from ECM.
Other ? flying loom EC10 or SSC would be nice:
- a few extra outputs
- a few analog inputs (min 2 pulledup, min 1 with no pullup)
Pins for FETs (by default 30V flyback, mark where low voltage flyback required) should be defined now: (exact mapping enough during manufacturing)
