Vems V3 has a universal PWM output.
It can be used for example boost control or water injection.
But it is good for you too.
The needed dialog and table is in the "Boost Control" menu: "Secondary PWM settings" and "Secondary PWM absolute"
You have to configure your Ecu to Absolute mode, correct output, and very high minimum preasure to enable the function.
The table uses RPM / MAP , but you do not need MAP dependence, so set the all line to the same.
