Added LCD header to main board and integrated 2x16 LCD display into E36 Cluster.
Wondering if it is possible to get one or two custom LCD layout pages for 2x16 display made?
suggested:
ETxxxx Cxxx Axxx
LAMx.xx VBATxx.x
and
ETxxxx Cxxx Axxx
AFRxx.x PSIxx.x
C = CLT A = IAT
What firmware are you actually using currently for 2x16 ? V3 firmware is compiled for 4x20 LCD; does that show up that way on 16 column display ?
- I'm currently running 1.2.23 (previously was running 1.2.10), and yes it currently shows up that way (I was pleasantly surprised to see it display that well) so I'm hoping that it wouldn't take much to change one of the pages like 12+13 to look like my suggestions above.
Change COP from dumb to active (VAG COP)
Modified the ECU on IGN output 0 & 1 to logic level output by removing FET and adding bridge to output pins and 500 ohm resistors:
Using all 4 stepper outputs + IGN output 0 + 1 for sequential IGN.
Dwell set to 1.4ms with scale of 10
Wire harness is temporary and will be remade:
