Current working on
Engine running! not well but, it starts.
runns very rich and nothing happens when I try adjust. Low spark power? engine keeps "blurring" and its hardly possible to change anything!
When I check with timing light it seems ok... cyl 1+4 at +20 deg cyl 2+3 on the other side somewhere...
maybe it could be something with config:trigger_tooth 00 is this wrong.. To get any reaction at first I had to switch cyl. 2+3 at coil to 1+4, that cant be ok!!!
- Another srange thing is the WB-lamda or when I connect it, then all the injectors starts to pulsing, when engine is off! (ignition on)This happens with both of my v3.1 cards, any clues? //Robin
Q: Which tuning program are you using?
If it is megatune with vemsv3.ini-file.. This isn't working correctly.. I compiled firmware with MSNS option, and used latest megatune configured for MSNS. The problem i had with vemsv3.ini was that changing the VE-table in megatune didn't touch the table on the genboard. ignition table worked. //Emil

Back to tabletests: apply lightbulbs or LEDs on outputs, and see OnlineCourse/OffEngineTesting mst63 msp01 (or up to msp7E for lowest RPM) can be used to generate stimulator-output on (stolen) config.act_wot_channel output that can be fed back to self (primary trigger) or to another board - with a series cap if LM1815 is used.
Trigger wheel
Bosch VR sensor (jetronic), 36-1, mounted at crank.
Trigger wheel is a castiron, 36-1 with a teethwide of 4mm->4.5deg and 5mm~>5.5deg jumps, missing tooth 14mm~>15.5deg
Yes, its working! I Connected pin1 to gnd and pin2 to avr and cranked, RPM shows ~170

Current status:
- Sensor is magnetic at the top
- AVR sees signal!
- J1 and J6 shorted
A 10uF series cap is needed so the DC signal at the LM1815 falls below 0V. Grounding the pin5 of LM1815 (switching off adaptive hysteresys mode) might be needed too.
