60-2 no camsync, 4 cylinder using firmware 1.1.12
- batch injection
- wasted spark ignition.
Timing is as shown in the picture. Running direction is Counter Clockwise (wrt picture), 1st and 4th cylinder are at TDC. BTDC = 120 degrees (right?).
Symptoms:
- engine doesn't run properly when set up for 120 degrees (trigger_tooth=0A and ign_tdcdelay=0x78; 10*6 + 120*0.5 = 120 degrees)).
- engine does run properly (at high revs >2500RPM) when set up for 58 degrees (trigger_tooth=02 and ign_tdcdelay = 0x5A; 2*6 + 90*0.5 = 58 degrees).
Questions:
Something is clearly not right here.
- could it be a hardware (genboard) issue?
- is something else in the config not right? see [Config]
- some software issue?
I am lost. Please help. I would really like to know what I am doing, instead of going further with thementioned 58 degrees.
