Introduction
In the progress of installing Genboard 3.3 on a Yamaha R6 engine, a 600cc motorcycle engine from the year 2000. Right now I do have some problems though...
Problem description
When cranking I get no ignition output what so ever, and no PWM signals on the injection output either. As can be seen on the [schematics], the power to the injectors and ignition coils are activated at the same time as the fuel pump. When the fuel pump is turned of my injection channels gives a constant "ground" (some internal resistance I guess? 10.3V if meassured agains +12V). As soon as the fuel pump is activated the injection outputs are dead. No ground nor signal. Definately not any PWM-signal.
The ignitions outputs are dead all the time, no connection to ground in any situation.
If I look at the duty cycle it goes up during cranking. When I quit cranking the engine the DC stays high (but a little lower) just as long as the fuel pump is running. Then it goes back to zero.
In my beginners mind I've tried "everything", which simply means my knowledge of the system isn't great enough to solve my problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Data on the setup/install
The engine is an 600cc, inline 4-cyl, fourstroke motorcycle engine. Revlimit ~15500rpm, firingorder 1342. I'm using the stock passive COP, connected in series (=> wastefire). Injectors are high impedance Bosch-units of standard design.
The CPS is working together with a 8-1 wheel (modified stock wheel from a '05 Yamaha Fazor motorcycle, perfect fit on this engine) that I think I've configured in the right way. Output from the CPS looks fine on my oscilloscope and Megatune show RPM action. No cam sensor.

Currently everything to get the engine running should be connected, I think. [Here is the schematics].

Any thoughts and ideas?
