We found the mistake! The left side camshafts were exchanged. We improved this mistake, and the car works well now.
Engine starts easily, but runs on 2 cylinders.
Turned out to be compression problem in 2 cyls. Right side 2 cyls had 13.5 bar end-pressure, while left side 2 cylinders had 7.5 bad end-pressure. Clearly a mechanical problem. (not investigated yet. perhaps the engine assembly guys used different rods on the two sides ??)
Always the same 2 cylinders, even if injector connectors or HV wires are swapped (to the 360 degree off wasted spark pair). Sparkplugs are changed (fouled sparkplug was our first thought).
Cranking RPM signal is fluctuating 190-280 RPM (even with injector connectors off and ignition unpowered).
Likely mechanical problem
- compression measurement will follow
- Maybe a mechanical (valve-control?) problem?
- at least visual inspection has not revealed such problem

- ECU, and the crankshaft sensor was changed to HALL, with a 12-1 homemade wheel.
- I exchanged the original cable for shielded cable. Primary trigger signal ec 36/27

The engine does not start up. Feeling like that as if would spark in bad time. wasted spark ignition.
OLD (when VR sensor was used:) is way too little information but it sounds like an improperly made home-made 12-1 wheel (do you have a photo?) with too big amplitude at the trigger tooth. At the primary trugger LM1815, change to R181=270k (instead of 150k) to allow lower "relative tooth amplitude"
I checked the engine mechanicswise, and I hit home properly. Multimeter an injection is measured in all cylinders, and spark the plug.
