1.2.31 config can be uploaded to 1.2.31
- or newer: with new VT (after "upgrade inis from web"), needs some care, but usually "just works"
- to older, eg 1.2.11 is undefined, not supported (might accidentally work, but do not expect it to work - even for features that worked well in 1.2.11).
