Current Customer Problem

Reports of strange behaviour with the serial port on their unit.

"The laptop also causes the fuel pump and the LCD display to stop functioning (The LCD Display lights up but just displays two rows of solid blocks). This is 2 laptops causing the same fault on two differant OS's, and my Laptop just refusing to work..."

I had this happen to me - I found that the earth wire to the serial port had broken. Once this was fixed, the whole thing was happy again. I'd suggest testing all the earths.

The closing times are also needed (it is the function of injector current and flyback voltage). The flyback voltage actually makes a huge difference.

The opening times are not (by far) enough to calculate GenBoard/Manual/Config/InjectorOpening parameters. You can start from other's values, make sure
