Round questions
I plotted some of the logs and there are a couple of interesting things (oh no here we go....)
If you plot output voltage against lambda, you should get the response curve right? Well you do, but also a bit extra! Have a look at the attached file. I think there are two points worthy of note.
1. the resolution is quite poor. I'm putting that down to the software, and hoping that the actual voltage output down the line is smooth and continuous where this is rather blocky.
2. there is a second response line when the engine is very lean i.e. in fuel cut, or more specifically transitioning into and out of fuel cut. I've highlighted the data points where this occurs in the data columns. If this is actually truely the output then I could see this as a problem if the ECU goes closed loop and gets told the engine is rich even though it is very lean, e.g. during fuel reinstatement or other conditions.
Of course what I would like to do now is feed the lambda output back in to the analogue input and see what the real voltage is. I'll try and get round to it if I get a chance.

Problem
I have taken back a customer's ECU number 328 to sort the Aref issue. I've upgraded to 1.0.53 and even with the ALS settings fixed I see that the ALS Switch On is showing in MT and the spark advance is showing -0.75degrees.
Q Can anyone suggest a solution please?
A In post 1.0.46 versions ALS and launch inputs are configurable, set als_launch_input=FF for original behaviour, see GenBoard/UnderDevelopment/FirmwareChanges (since 1.0.46) for details.

Emils answer:, got offline while writing, so someone else got in before me, but i'll post anyway.
2 problems
- spark advance is constantly -0.75
- You have configured ign_balance = FF , which automatically limits advance to maximum -0.75, Change that to setting = 00 instead, for full advance range
- Megatune: Extras, Advanced ALS, Ignition offset (or similar), mid page.
- ALS Switch On
- Is it wired up at all? make sure als_launch_input = FF, you have ... = F0 , these other channels require a pullup to be inactive, where the old channels SDA + SDL or something have internal pullup.
- Megatune: Select "old" settings in both Advanced ALS and Launch control menus, both under "Extras" dropdown menu.
- This has also been a indication for me that something is wrong with grounding, where the ECU experience a brownout during powerup, that is with 6 or more 2 ohm injectors. Please report back here for further analysis if the config changes doesnt help, im pretty sure these problems are config related in your case

note that only the boards without the AVCC mod use the _287 files. The rest use files which end with _256

As requested on AFreshTiny page.
AFreshTiny 5A control.
It would be good if the 5A control could be activated in a similar way to the Genboard Misc outputs.
Trigger on/off on:
- Lambda - so that the system can turn on a 5th injector or warning light.
- EGT - to trigger water injection, 5th injector, turn off boost solanoid or trigger a warning light)
- Analog Input - to set on off points with either boost or tps - would work well as a 'soft' TPS switch to turn on n2o systems or any of the above suggestions.
