SARD 850 Injector opening times
16v 0.568mS
14v 0.768mS
12v 1.048mS
10v 1.408mS
8v 2.008mS
6v 2.840mS
The closing times are also needed (it is the function of injector current and flyback voltage). The flyback voltage actually makes a huge difference.
The opening times are not (by far) enough to calculate GenBoard/Manual/Config/InjectorOpening parameters. You can start from other's values, make sure
- injopen=00 (or very very short for low-voltage flyback, max 100 usec)
- battfac=10 (256..700 usec is usually OK)
- injocfuel=2C (500..1200 usec usually)
- injrampup_battfac=FF (IIRC 4082 ... in MegaTune, it does not have a simple physical unit like "usec" or similar)
Testing the new Nissan trigger setup:
Firmware is [here].
You will have to set this in your config:
tooth_wheel_width1 = 16 # Number of primary triggers
tooth_wheel_width2 = 1 # Hysterisis (15-17 triggers counts as a hit)
This indicates that we've found the ignchmax cylinder.
!DANGER!; this is for table testing only. Code is based on unstable trunk; which hasn't seen an actual engine since November last year!

Marketing pap
VEMS gives you the full engine control that you need to bring out the best performance from your turbo/supercharged or normally aspirated engine.
VEMS can be configured to use almost any standard OEM sensor for
Throttle position.
Coolant temperature.
Air temperature.
Crank and Cam sensors, Configurable for the 'standard' 36-1, 60-2 and customizable for different timing configurations.
VEMS has an onboard Air pressure sensor (maximum XXXpsi)
Additionally VEMS also provides the ability to use far more advanced sensors such as
Up to 2 Wideband O2 (Low cost Bosch LSU4).
Up to 2 Knock sensors.
Up to 2 Exhaust Gas temperature.
Using these sensors and sophisticated real-time software VEMS controls
Sequential Injection of 1 to 8 fuel high or low-impedance injectors. (A Maximum of XXX injectors).
Control of 1 to 8 coils for anything from single coil to wasted spark or coil on plug installations.
Idle air control
Fuel pump
And unlike the competition with VEMS you don't have to have a costly Laptop to tune your car with, as a multiline LCD screen and PC keyboard can be plugged-in, which will provide you with all you need to monitor and tune the maps and enrichment settings.
Throughout the development of VEMS, Customization has been by-word, we have provided miscellaneous control outputs for anything from Boost controllers, Nitrous solenoids, to Water Injection. As well as the capacity to measure two additional resistive values such as pressure or position.
Datalogging capability is provided either direct to Laptop, or using an addtion Multimedia card interface.
Rob, thanx, these are great. I guess we must split GenBoard/Marketing to GenBoard/Marketing/Logos and GenBoard/Marketing/Generic or GenBoard/Marketing/Features and move there.
v2.2 successfully controlling a Subaru EJ22 engine, using a Ford EDIS timing wheel and an EDIS-4 to provide the spark and TDC pulse.
v3.1 will be used as a high boost fuel controller to drive an additional 4 injectors on a Nissan SR20DET using a basic fuel map and relying heavily on WBO2 and EGT to ensure that the engine is correctly fueled.

I have an EDIS problem - someone please help, the voltages shown are when the PIP is high, when it drops low nothing seems to happen.
Circuit is bad. read PIP part on EdisIgnition/FaQ more carefully
- AVR should be GND on the above drawing.
- the midpoint of resistors go to AVR's IC3 pin directly (no zener)
- the midpoint goes to 5V via a diode (zener is also OK, but check polarity).
The voltage readings cannot be good (if you can, specify high/low voltages read from scope. The voltage levels on IC3 is the most interesting):
When I probe (with scope probe? likely 1MOhm? Measuring resistnace in powered up circuit is bad) the resistors output at J8 (to the AVR pin IC3??) the voltage gets pulled down and the injectors open.
After suggestions on IRC the new circuit looks like this:
