Here's where i will try to figure out what I am to do with the boost controller valve
At first I thought that I might want to set up the valve like so.
Does the black bit at the end of the solanoid come off?
If so this method will work okay, better yet would be if the solanoid stops the wastegate from seeing any pressure until the solanoid opens.
