You have set all the INJFETs to output - this is correct, the order is important.
As you have an engine that fires 1-3-4-2 you will want to fire 4-2-1-3 as 4 will be on its inlet cycle as 1 in on combustion.
You will need to set the config.txt entry "alternate" to 03, which will cycle through the first 4 entries STARTING from the furthest right first, which in this case will be the forth number. So you must transpose the firing order to 3-1-2-4.
Therefore your entry will be:
h[0]=04 01 02 08 10 20 40 80
and remember to set alternate=03 in config.txt
