For Audi 20VT engines the
following triggers make sense:
- factory (135 crank, 1 crank, 1 cam)
- 60-2 - easy to install gasket at the flywheel
- 5 cranktooth, 1 cam
For this engine, without consultation, 10 crankteeth were made. This has no advantage, only disadvantages. Config changes are needed.
After 1 tooth broke off, it became 10-1.

- tooth_wheel_twidth=90 (36 degrees)
- Nminus1 flag must be set (primary_trigger=11 not 01)
- camsync position must not be too close to missing tooth !
