General ideas about current security code:
Not really usefull,after tuner change,the securuty code is easy to get from the manufacturer,and new tuner will easily access another tuners hard work.After another change,old tuner can access the ecu!!
However,with some care ,manufacturer can make even this system workable:
-After tuner change,ecu must be returned to manufacturer,who will delete the content.
Please confirm this!^^
Much better would be a tuner editable password system.Manufacturer can only delete the old password (with ecu content).
I need the password for ecu Nr.672.
