He is having trouble with the engine falling through when letting it down to idle.

At that point in the datalog fuel should be resumed after overrun. The expression grid says ecu pulse width = 0, but the overrun fuelcut settings don't say so.
There are other potential problems in his datalog, that can be left to discuss in the forum thread. The overrun issue should be looked into here.
