Hi Guys!
I own a '93 Audi 100 S4 2.2 Turbo Quattro. (Engine : AAN)
I got it installed cause I wanted to have the possibility to tune the engine management as I want, instead of factory installed stuff which is a "black box" for an average carfun.
It will be fine but now I do have problems :
starting
- first of all, your warm cranking pulsewidth (cwh) is way too high. See MembersPage/MarcellGal/PowerAndTraction/FuelDelivery ... instead of 17 / 11 msec (warm/cold), try 17/6 msec. Yes, lowerd already to 18/5 approx. Ok. I mean it takes "long" time from rotating the enginee till I hear that "fuel starts to burn", from here it gets alive fast now.
- Engine stops 3 sec. after starting if I do not press the accelerator
- typically this means that afterstart enrichment is not good (and often warmup is not perfect either)
- take logs ! Upload to FileArea. OK, I will but there's no lanbda feedback in the first minute which is the critical period.
ignition
- how to know what to enter... ? I have to learn.

- read MembersPage/PhatBob/UserGuide
We will get the factory ignition map, it is not a disadvantage to know. BOSCH KTS will help in the worst case to log the motronic. WVTool does not log MAP, so result is unuseable.
- board computer : fuel consumption and boost display do not work yet
- we'll need some testing for this, to find out what voltage the trip computer needs. Hopefully the bad HALL sensor (now distributer half-disassembled, preventing operation at the moment) on MembersPage/MarcellGal/PowerAndTraction/InputTrigger is fixed soon.
more question :
How to know the actual "tps change speed" for acceleration enrichment. Megatune does not show it. Ok, log >> short leaning will be seen.
