Made some VE changes, 0.82 - .83 lambda at WOT except for approaching 6,000 RPM where it gets rich. 20.0 prime pulse may be too much because car pops a bit when starting sometimes, though it still takes 2-3 cranks to fire when cold.

Changed acceleration enrichment from pressure based to throttle based and used config listed on UserGuide. Changed crank prime pulse to 20.0 from 0.0. Made a few VE changes.
