Motuner Beta, Ecu tuning software for Windows.
It is a beta non functional (at the moment) software.

Motuner is written in Visual Studio .NET and it needs .NET frameworks to work.
Frameworks .NET have interesting philosophy, it want to be a fully portable code in fact there are a openproject called MONO (www.mono-project.com) to run frameworks or any ECMA/ISO on Linux.
