Ultima CanAm previously had FAST XFI and ran horribly. The wiring harness was a complete mess, so we rewired the entire car, engine and chassis. Client opted for a VEMS ECU rather than even try to get the FAST working.

This is my first time configuring dual WBO2 on a board. I followed the guidance here:

I made the following documentation to make it easier:

Problem: When I bench test/calibrate:

Gnd to pump- is 4V as desired both controller channels

pump- to pump+ is -2mV, as desired both controller channels

pump- to nernst is ~260mV and I can't get the value up near 450mV no matter what I use for wbo2_nernst_dc_target.

I notice the second heater stops heating when the pump- to nernst goes positive (when it normally goes to 450mV).

Thoughts on this? I'm using 2 resistors, as outlined in the Hardware Test page. Should I use resistors on both channels at the same time, or is it sensible to calibrate them individually?

I'll document the process similar to http://www.vems.hu/wiki/index.php?page=GenBoard%2FManual%2FWideBandHardwareTest once I understand what I'm missing with this dual wideband testing.
