I'm using a BMW M20 6 cylinder engine simular to MembersPage/GergelyLezsak
It uses the following sensors and injectors:
- 440CC injectors Bosch
- Stock single coil distributer
- VEMS Internal Map sensor (working)
- VEMS shop IAT sensor (working)
- WB02 5057 sensor (working)
- Other CLT sensor (working)
- Volvo TPS sensor (working)
- Stock VR sensor (working)

The engine is started again and keep running!!!
Now it's just down to get it tuned.

My engine still seems to flood at only 2 ms. I really don't know what can cause this. Check my[config and tables]. But I've checked ALS and set all the enrichments to zero. Please help me out on this one. Engine fires at the priming pulse then dies and seems to be flooded.
- High Z 440cc injectors

Trying to figure out the primary triggger settings. This brings some questions along.
Tooth numbering starts at 0, with 0 being the first tooth after the missing ones.
- What is ment by the next trigger tooth? engine event spacing expressed in toothcount
- Next trigger tooth is how many trigger teeth between "events". So for a 6 cylinder,
- another_trigger_tooth=14 # = decimal 20 since 6 cyl has 3 events per crank rotation, so 60/3=20 (for a v8 with 36-1: 36/4=9) Note that this does not have to change if you change the "trigger tooth" parameter)
- What is ment by angular width to reset the enginefase? I don't have a cam sensor and it's a four-stroke 6 cilinder engine. So my firing order has to be reset after 720 degrees. Cilinder 1 at 0 degrees, Cil 5 at 120 degrees .......... Cilinder 4 at 600 degrees and Cil 1 again at 720 degrees.
- I think it doesn't matter even if you neglect it for now. Docs suggest decimal 240 for 60-2 wheel
- What is ment by angular width of tooth?
- 2
- What is ment by angular width of missing tooth?
- 6
Based on this my primary trigger settings in decimal should be:
- Rising
- Multitooth
- Disabled
- Disabled
- Disabled
- Disabled
- 56 (deg) TDC after the trigger
- Careful: This is the number of degrees after the trigger tooth as defined in the "trigger tooth" parameter.
- 58 Number of teeth on wheel
- 5 Trigger tooth
- 20 Next trigger tooth
- 2 Angular width of tooth
- 121 Tooth rel normal (Not relevant)
- 181 Tooth rel missing (Not relevant)
- 6 Angular width of missing tooth
- 240 engine fase, when to reset
I'll look at my notes tonight. I wrote a spreadsheet for my car that I can pass on to you if you need. That would be great!
