I'm using a BMW M20 6 cylinder engine simular to MembersPage/GergelyLezsak

It uses the following sensors and injectors:

Trying to figure out the primary triggger settings. This brings some questions along.

*What tooth is considered the first one? Is this the one after the 2 missing ones? So the first missing one would be nr 59 and the sencond one being nr 60 on a 60-2 wheel-setup.

*What is ment by the next trigger tooth? Is this the tooth where the next cilinder is at TDC?

*What is ment by angular width to reset the enginefase? I don't have a cam sensor and it's a four-stroke 6 cilinder engine. So my firing order has to be reset after 720 degrees. Cilinder 1 at 0 degrees, Cil 5 at 120 degrees .......... Cilinder 4 at 600 degrees and Cil 1 again at 720 degrees.

*What is ment by angular width of tooth. Is this 360/60=6 degrees or the actual tooth width which is approx 2 degrees?

Based on this my primary trigger settings should be:

*Rising

*Multitooth

*Disabled

*Disabled

*Disabled

*Disabled

*62 (deg) TDC after the triggerIf tooth 1 is the first rising edge after the two missing ones.

*58 Number of teeth on wheel

*5 Trigger toothIf tooth 1 is the first rising edge the sensor sees after the two missing ones.

*20 Next trigger tooth

*2 Angular width of tooth

*121 Tooth rel normal (Not relevant)

*181 Tooth rel missing (Not relevant)

*6 Angular width of missing tooth

*720 engine fase, when to reset

But this doesn't comply with what I've seen at other maps from people with the same engine.

Especially the next trigger tooth is different.

I've connected the ICV, fuelpump and cleaned up some wiring. It's running now but seems to have some trigger errors. Rpm is jumping between 30 and 3000. I'll get to that this friday.

If that's fixed I'll try to get it running at idle.
