Hallo I am from Denmark and I installed a V3.2 in my VW Golf GTI 8V.

I finaly got time to work on idle.. and it works!! :)
I just got a question about some settings:
- What does "iac_conf RAW" do?
- check global.h (stepper/solenoid type, and a few settings)
- I ment the "iac_conf RAW" under Idle setting in megatune.. or is it the same?
- And how does "IAC afterstart, step per 160rpm" work?
- value of 4 means: If you configure +200 "afterstart" RPM, +5 will be added to the iac reference position. 0 is reasonable, the PID integral (I-term) should have no problem reaching the higher RPM.

Update.. After I have done some better sealing around the hall-sensor, and opgraded the Gnd-wiring (which chanced the ignition-timing, so it must have bee bad :0 now the ign.-map looks more like I would expect it to) problems seem to bee gone but i have not tryed really bad weather yet.
- I added a bottom that grounds the TPS, so i could use ALS to make a lower revlimit when starting, but it don't seem to work?? (I use firmware v13rc5) Any ideas why it don't work?
- document what you do, with exact connections, config and measurements.
- I added a relay that the TPS-signal run through and disconect the signal and put the indput to GND when the relay is activeted by at button. I don't have the config I used (just did the setup in megatune), but I'll just try again and then save the config.
- I read about useing fuelcut as a "launch controle", but how does it work, and does it have a revlimit?
- the simplest way is to use overrun_fuelcut and overrun_fuelresume (RPM "revlimit" that is active when TPS < iac_tps_threshold : a "launch" button can be used to ground the TPS signal while the throttle is kept partially open: use EC36-pin29 instead of EC36pin28 as a +5V supply for the TPS, just for added safety )
