Audi RS2 550hp+, nitrous boost, VEMS motronic55, on Ethanol
This is a friend's car that is currently stock and will start upgrading for 550hp+
Just before start upgrading the engine we will install a VEMS motronic55.

- Forged pistons (Iapel)

- Stage III head modifications
- enlarged and polished intake and exhaust runners
- reshaped valve guide bosses
- upgraded valve train (spring, inox spring retainers and valves)
- Reworked camshafts
- Adjustable Camshaft Sprocket (will start tuning with +6 exhaust for quicker turbo spool)
- 9.3:1 compression ratio (original I guess)
- Oil cooler: Earls 42500
- TurboCharger
- Garrett ballbearing GT 3076 A/R 0.82
- Dahlback Racing exhaust manifold
- Intercooler: HKS from a Toyota Supra
- 3" aluminum intake
- original wastegate
- 4" Downpipe
- Ignition
- standard Audi RS2 coils
- Fuel: Ethanol only
- Fuel Delivery
- 5 Bosch injectors
- 2 Bosch fuel pumps at 3.0 bar (can handle 16 bar each)
- Nitrous system
- First stage: +75hp to help turbine spool from 3000rpm to 5500rpm
- Second stage: +150hp
Targets
- revs up to 8.000rpm and cutting at 8.300rpm
- 550 to 600hp (+150hp from nitrous system)

Questions
- Can I have iButton security with VEMS motronic55? I don't see "1-wire interface" like in GenBoard/VerThree as an option when ordering.
