Warning: even without camsync, the 4-1 has internal "pseudocamsync", so reftooth table MUST be:

- ignch00 EC36-35 (cyl1,4). TDC cyl1,4 comes appr 60 crankdeg after the tooth0 after missing tooth. So output 00 is aligned with the 00 value in h[1].

I recomended ignch2 and ignch3 for 4cyl wasted spark, so a 2-IGBT controller can be plugged in without recepticle swaps. That would be:
