The car is an old Ford Fiesta with 650 kg starting weight, the motor is a 2.2 liters Ford Probe turbo engine.
THERE ARE SERIOUS CONFIGURATION PROBLEMS
You are luckier if the engine does not start than if you blow it up !
next trigger tooth another_trigger_tooth=14 This (20 decimal) is terribly wrong for a 4 cyl, should be 30 (as in the 4cyl 60-2 configlet in primary trigger dialog)
You really need help. But noone will be able to help until you write reasonable info about your setup (trigger, wiring, measurements). But I told this on phone about 8 times.
The modifications in the engine ara 4 H conecting rods and custom pistons, the motor is now 4 cylinder an 2,4 liters, for the first run we are keeping the stock turbo an later we will upgrade.
I have made the wiring harness but the car wouldn't start beacause of no primary trigger signals.
Wiring - Outputs
- ignition
- injection
- other
Wiring - Inputs
- sensors
Trigger details is it 60-2 ???
For VR always use rising edge setting (not falling).
- sensor resistance
- DC volate (measured with ignition on)
- optional: AC measurement
- a triggerlog would be reasonable
- (use 1.1.81 or newer firmware to capture triggerlog)
First is recognized it's a HALL sensor jumpering in the ECU (as the ECU was ordered) then I solved this problem by soldering the jumpers (... how exactly...?). But the missing trigger signal wasn't solved jet.
We have changed the primary trigger wheel (TO WHAT pattern ???) and now we have 230 rpm at cranking we will try to start the engine soon
We finaly started the engine first time we had trigger errors but some adjustments in the trigger settings and the engine started to work. The gearbox is isn't finished jet so we couldn't go to a test ride.
