Started setting up my WBO2, as per the[manual]
- In MegaTune, under settings then under wideband settings, changed the Pump zero pw to try and get my 0 volts. I was getting absolutely no change at all, it was set at 102 and read .4v. I would set it anyware between 95 and 105, no change, realized afterwards that if I did my change, click send to ecu then reset the board it would work. Ended up at 101 made .1v. Type Mcd in terminal program, got wbo2_pump_pw_zero=65.
- Took me an hour to figure that out, next step will have to wait till another day.
- Couldn't wait, on to the next section labeled heater testing pump testing. (not sure what it is I really am testing first, heater I think).
- Readings (with a stolen config.txt) were
- Measure the voltage between ground and pump- (pin 5). 3.98v
- Measure the voltage between ground and nernst (pin 1). 4.32v
- Measure the voltage between nernst (pin1) and pump- (pin 5). 330mV
- Measure the voltage between ground and pump- (pin 5). 3.98v
- Measure the voltage between ground and nernst (pin 1). 4.41v (+/- .02V)
- Measure the voltage between nernst (pin1) and pump- (pin 5). 430mV (actually fluctuates between 420-440 but that may be the real cheap multimeter, will retest with a good one)
- So far I have
wbo2_warmup_target=FF
wbo2_abs_limit=E4
wbo2_limit_maxt=A0
wbo2_fallback=60
wbo2_retry_t=06
wbo2_edgetime_corr=BA
wbo2_edgetime_min=50
wbo2_ri_target=A0
wbo2_nernstdc_target=96....set
wbo2_pump_pw_zero=65.......set
wbo2_calibration=BE
wbo2_heater_pid_kp=46
wbo2_heater_pid_ki=10
wbo2_heater_pid_kd=1A
wbo2_heater_pid_ilimit=80
wbo2_pump_pid_kp=40
wbo2_pump_pid_ki=7C ......set
wbo2_pump_pid_kd=00 ......set
wbo2_pump_pid_ilimit=84
wbo2_ri_confidence_scale=80
Most have not been set, I am just not %100 sure on the ones I did set.
NOTE
In the process of all this playing around opening megatune then bray and back and forth etc. I had Bray terminal freeze on me, closed it off, got it working again, config is all fine but tables were wiped out. Don't know when it happened though, may have screwed up when I uploaded the latest firmware release. No big deal, only had 1 thing actually set.
