Installing VEMS Genboard v3.3 on M20B27 BMW engine.This is my first VEMS project,and first standalone project ever,so i would need all the help i can get! :) Tnx
My goals are to get NA engine running on VEMS and doing a few dyno runs,paint car, then go turbo.
I finished my harness few days ago,waiting to get some time to try if i got spark,then i`m going to wire everything else to Genboard and try to start the engine.

Current engine configuration:
- m20b25 head
- m20b25 engine block shortened for 2,4mm
- m20b27 eta crank
- m20 rods 130mm
- m20b25 pistons (8.8:1 pistons from 325i Cat.)
- Schrick cam 288
- M30 AFM (i`m glad i`m getting rid of this think...)
- M50B20 injectors (same cc like stock 715 injectors just got 4 little holes and you get nicer fuel fog)
- Motronic 173
Dyno results with 205/50 R15 159,6HP and 230Nm
Planned configuration for turbo:
- b20 head with b25 valves,welded water channel,3 angle valve job
- b25 engine block,normal height
- 524TD crank,rods
- equal lenght tubular split pulse turbo manifold
- Schwitzer S3,got few turbo so i`m going to try witch one gives best results (Schwitzer,Holset,KKK)
- Huge FM intercooler
- 55lb injectors

- wasted spark
- 50mm wastegate
- wbo2,EGT,knock

Sensors
- Throwing out MAF ?
- What TPS will you use ?
- What MAT (airtemp) sensor will you use ? There are a few MAT sensors in
- WideBand O2
- EGT sensor
Ignition
- 3x2 wasted spark module ?
A: For the NA engine,that i`m curently working on,i`m going to use stock coil,with turbo,yes,i was planning to use 3x2 wasted spark module from Opel Omega B,Vectra B,Calibra V6 (same bosch number as one from the webshop]
- Stock 60-2 wheel with stock VR sensor
Fuel Injecton
- MSD/Halley 55lb lowZ injectors from [racetronix]
- Walbro 392GSL inline fuel pump

I finished the harness so i started to calibrate and set up the "things".I have problem calibrating WBO2,i cant get O2 readings...?
This is voltages that webshop sent me in my email,should i try to get this voltages?

PROBLEM SOLVED! wbo2_calibration was way too high (started out with A8) and all i was doing is going higher never tryed out to lower it (?!) then i tryed A1 and i get O2 something like 24.7 and i get 20.9 on 66 (hex) so i`m continueing my work...
Work progress:
I got spark,need to set Injector settings and start the engine for the first time.
Curently using stock coil and 60-2 wheel with stock VR trigger sensor,i`ll update it later to some 200sx COP's since i got them in my garage and i heard that they'll do the job correctly.
Problem descirption:
While cranking,i got trigger errors in MegaTune,i replaced the sensor and did better groundings on VR,still the same,i removed the R30 but now engine is totaly dead,no spark,no RPM readings in MegaTune...While cranking before getting trigger errors rpms goes up to 740 and for a second to 0 and back up to 740,it looks like engine wants to start but for some reason it loses every signal for a second and then back on.
Using stock missing tooth 60-2 with stock VR
- measured sensor to 516Ohm
