Add issues/bugs to most recent release at the top

Known issues
- On V3 ECU newer than 2011 03 01 do not use coolant and air patch files with VemsTune older than 2011 03 23

- CPU consumption and eye candy
- Graphics performance of gauges, multi graph, and all eye candy are dependant on certain combinations of hardware video drivers and wxWidgets.
- ATI graphics chipsets are known to have unreliable 2D grahpics acceleration.
Issureport is misleading in VemsTune 2011-04-26
It has multiple ergonomics flaws that makes it non-intuitive, with too way too many steps and misnamed buttons.
When creating the report, it should have a
- "Create and Send" button to send immediately
- and instead of the Save a "Create and Send Later" to send later
When the user has internet connection, no other action should be required if the "Create and Send" is successful. The error must be saved locally in any case, and be possible to send later if internet connection failed.
- "Open existing report"
- doesn't work, as it cannot open an existing report. It can only "Send previously created report" (even that in too many steps)
- it should immediately show a list of files. By default the latest file should be selected
- by pressing enter or clicking "Send" it should send the selected report
- "Browse other dirs" should only be necessary, if the user saved the report to a non-standard directory.
"Report Successfully Sent" message missing
- during sending it should report "Sent 0%" ... "Sent ..%"
- after sending it should report green check and "Sending successful" (possibly some statistics)
Note: to the user, "Open existing report" means he can see the DETAILS of the opened report. If the DETAILS of the report cannot be seen, the feature must not be called "open...".
- It is totally irrelevant that the program actually has to open a file, because the dialogs/buttons are for the user's perspective.
VemsTune 2011-01-20
- When changing from Celcius to imperial measurements in File->Firmware parameters, digital gauges do not change unit description.
- Gauges move down by 73.3px and to the left by 1.3px on Main overview each time display is changed from group to group. Gauges shrink in size by 1px in horizontal and vertical directions each time as well. Example: view Main overview group, press Shift+8, press Shift+1. Repeat to watch gauges migrate down the page. Same thing happens if Main overview tab is closed and reopened.
- How do you mean "73.3px", and "1.3px"? You can move and resize every windowed items only by whole integer value.
- If all gauges are removed in gauge edit mode, then a gauge file is imported, gauges are added twice and in different positions.

- In "HotKey manage for 3D table editor" menu, button at bottom of window is not visible when Windows task bar is taller than default height and at taks bar position is set to the bottom of the screen.

- No text field is focused when selecting "Set Size and Positions" in gauge edit mode.
