Free air calibration procedure
First calibrate 1st WBO2 with
- Wideband settings / 2nd WBO2 = disabled
- free air (of course)
Than enable 2nd WBO2 and calibrate "Second" WBO2:
- Wideband settings / 2nd WBO2 = disabled
- free air (of course)
NOTE (errata):
- if 2nd WBO2 is enabled
- always restart ECU before "Start calibration"
- it was reported that with fw 1.2.31 Dual WBO2 (2nd WBO2=enabled) Tools/WBO2 calibration Stop and reStart calibration after previous attempt and >1 minute: only 2nd heater starts to heat rampup, even if "FIRST" channel is chosen in VT (weird).
- "Start calibration" after ECU reboot => both heaters ramp up
- But recommended to calibrate first WBO2 with 2nd WBO2=(temporarily) disabled, see above.
If in doubt, check that the wires go to the correct WBO2.
- pump- and +12V are shared, but other signals should be connected to the appropriate nernstinput, pump+ and heater outputs.
