The factory ECU (Is this BMW Mot88 M52 ??) looks like Flange down Cable-left :
This is very same connector orientation (with respect to case flange) as we were shipping Mot88 ECU-s for years.
However we received "report" (phonecall without picture, without written text, but with minor refund request) that flange needs to be "other way around".
But if we change (drill the case on the other side) according to this request, the Flange up Cable-left SEEMS TO CONTRADICT the above factory ECU caseflange/connector orientation :
We'd like to clarify this (or make it an option if justified).
- Perhaps there are different versions of BMW-s out there (in this respect) ?
- Perhaps it is better for some reason if flange is the other way around ? (the drill pattern might NOT perfectly matching BMW anyway)
