Help and TODO page for those doing imaging work for WebShop or docs. This is not a complete gimp manual, just some quick notes of the most useful functions to look for. Go through the gimp tutorials at least once if you haven't done so.

The recommended

* image size (for WebShop at least) is 320x240

* with transparent backround

* unfortunately msie is broken with proper PNG transparency support: http://entropymine.com/jason/testbed/pngtrans/

* recommended tool is [GIMP]

* select regions

** continuous regions

** select by color

** make sure you understand "color difference threshold" for the above

** selection operations

*** replace

*** subtract

** use image comment

** save in *.xcf too, so you can tweak it later
