overview - 2 types manufactured initially
* 350 with full-round plexi window * 150 with 36*17mm (centrally positioned) rectangular plexi window. Also 10 drills: 9xdia=3.05mm for throughole LEDs and 1xdia=5.1mm for pushbutton (Jorgen defined the coordinates in dxf in Smalldisplay_case.zip file). Note that this design does NOT have any O-ring * 500+ pushbutton caps with appr. 5mm dia, 9.5 .. 10mm total height (slightly rounded top, height at center is 0.5mm bigger than at circumference). Total height formula: 9.5mm = BA5612GWA + plexi+ stickout - SDTM620 = 8+3+ stickout - 4.15 mm where stickout=2.65 mm (central part sticks out 2.65 mm when unpressed. Circumference sticks out less than 2mm, and just tiny bit more than 1mm when pressed) * 400 + 400 + 400 round plexi plates (400 of each color: fully transparent, reddish and green-darkgrey-ish ) * 400 straight top and bottom (but rounded at left and right side) plexi frontplates, green-darkgrey-ish only. |

at the PCB was originally 48mm. This needs to be fixed by a design change: the undersized internal dia steps up to appr. 48.8mm. More than 49.2mm will result in too thin wall that can be a problem during manufacturing). We have the autocad files that we should fix before 2005-06-19, at the same time as the bezel. |

But I'm not close to our current manufacturing facility and do not use the same primitive tools (like using Corel draw to make the parts.) as the manufacturing facility we are currently using.
