(or your measurements) ? 1) I have in the aux outputs on my config settings to operate the n80 audi valve for recirculating the fuel vapors from the engine. * the "EVAP valve", right ? * My ecu currently doesn't have the ability to operate the valve. I'd like this valve incorporated in the ecu functionality. ** what is the resistance of the EVAP valve ? Maybe you have extra output that could control if enabled in config ? |

2) I would like to have the option for the AC feature from firmware 1.2.38 which as I understand I would need to somehow connect the 12v signal from the air con compressor to be incorporated to the ecu in order to use the settings to control the idle. |

As I have told you before, I do not possess the knowledge to make such changes as you describe. You know what the ecu has from hardware, and since the AC feature was done only recently and requires more than just a config setting, that is why I inquired about it. It seems that you are more interested in the words I use to ask for a feature rather than the actual feature. It may be annoying to you, but you have to understand that not all VEMS customers are developers or professional tuners and you should keep this in mind when questions are asked. It seems to me that I am possibly wasting your time. the EVAP valve is the one in question. its under misc output 2 settings channel selector I259 channel 7 Under output channel setup, misc 2 has: ignition output 7 (7A)Grounding EC36, pin10 When i test the output, the EVAP valve does not operate.Hence my question if this required hardware that has not been included in the ECU in order to make it work. |

AC control:
All i require is to have the feature which increases the idle speed once AC clutch kicks in so that my idle doesnt drop or stall. Believe me i have messed around with idle IAC settings probably more than anyone else,and there are occasions where the idle still drops and stalls. SO for that reason alone, i would like to make use of this feature which i believe to be very important for my car. |

I do NOT know what my ECU would require to make it work as again i am not an electrician. If a hardware change is required in order for the ECU to be able to use the settings provided in 1.2.38 firmware, then that is what i am asking to have 'incorporated'. If that is NOT required in the AUDI ADU engine, then please let me know what i need to do to make it work. |
