* MAP sensor: onboard, with pneumatic (for standard 6x4mm size tube) connection

* primary trigger: VR

* secondary trigger: VR

There was a misunderstanding with knock and EGT: they will not be used, but knock would come handy and EGT (unlikely to be used) wouldn't hurt either.
