Gabor Debreczeni-Kis and Tamas Ecsedi |
For 2009 we plan to build a new drift car for Tamas, with a Bmw M70 V12 engine controlled by VEMS. This is a very low budget project, so we planned to assemble the VEMS for ourselves. |
We're old friends, both of us are in the IT business, and the most important, we're drift maniacs and members of the DriftUnio? ASE. |
We bought the unassembled VEMS controller and all the neccessary parts from the webshop (it was very fast and correct, perfect customer care :)). |
For 2009 we plan to build a new drift car for Tamas, with a Bmw M70 V12 engine controlled by VEMS. |
We're ordered 2 JimStim from the UK for testing and programming. |
This is a very low budget project, so we planned to assemble the VEMS for ourselves. |
The first project is the VEMS v3.5 assemble. |
If it's successful, we're planned to spread our knowledge and the VEMS conrollers inside the DriftUnio?, in various applications like N/A V8 engines, N/A and turbocharged inline 6 engines. |

So, last week we bought the unassembled vems controller and all the neccessary parts from the webshop (it was very fast and correct, perfect customer care :)). |
Update: The project above is canceled long time ago, VEMS 3.5 was successfully assembled but never used in live on an engine, just tested with JimStim. |
And we're already ordered 2 JimStim? from the UK (will arrive at 2008 dec. 31.), for testing and programming.
The first project is the VEMS v3.3 assemble. Photos and more will be here soon. |
It will be used now in our new project: it will run on my '92 BMW E36 325i, on an standard M50B25TU vanos engine. |
