The system is working fine except the 28+29 pin on the Econoseal 36 at 5V.

The system is working fine except the 28+29 pin on the Econoseal 36 at 5V. I have tested the output from pin 28+29 and only very low,0.13v, is comig out of the box. I think the 5v dc regulator has been broken.

-This is the problem -they do not work OK and TPS is dead.only getting 0.13v from both 28&29 so Ithink the Voltage regulators inside are dead.

-I don not want to fiddle around inside the box because I am not that capabel around electronics.
