Brakes: The front: 4piston callipers ML430 345x32mm discs. Central parts machined out and replaced with billet aluminum hubs. Rear brakes from W124 320TE Goodridge stainless steel braided brake hoses . ATE racing brake fluid Suspension : H & R Cup kit suspension. Delrin front control arm bushings . Delrin rear subframe bushings. Other bushings are new OEM parts. Bearings from SKF. Cooling system : 450x550x60mm custom radiator. 2x 10 " electric fans . 300x300x100mm custom intercooler 13-row oil cooler BBS LM wheels are from BMW so I had to change PCD and ET. 7075 alloy. New shifter rods: I installed my fluid flow control valve to reduce stress loads to drive train. It works perfectly with 3-disc Alcon sinter clutch. Here is stock 2.3-16 engine from 1985. Factory bearings inside.... When it was broken I must had 460-470hp. Compression ratio was 10.5 - I never believed that rods fail before detonation(3 bent rods and 1 broken): Some 2.5-16 N/A parts: |
