This is for a 1UZ-FE Non-VVTI running ITB's We need to connect the following * 8 x Logic Coils (active COPs) ** IGBT NOT needed for this ! Actually max 4 IGBT, so that you have 8 logiclevel ignout (together with the +4 stepper outputs) * 8 x High Impedence Injectors * 1 x TPS * 1 x CLT * 1 x IAT * 1 x Wideband Bosch LSU4.2 (<= exactly as specified by customer originally, but some later notes indicate that 2 x LSU4.2 is desired ; available internally, need wires and simple internal soldering if not ordered with 2x LSU4.2 originally - which is free of charge) * 2 x Knock Sensors * need 2 x knock input. ECU 2410 (purchased 2nd hand) * ignition driver: 8 IGBT (see GenBoard/Manual/IgnitionOutput )** means upto 8 passive coils ** upto 4 logiclevel coils (via stepper outputs !) * primary_trigger: VR * secondary_trigger: HALL * Knock and EGT: no ** so no TPIC8101 chip installed * MAP connection: 115kPa (6/4mm pneumatic) * LCD connection: no * Flyback: 30V flyback * mounting-style: screws * PS2 connection: no ---- Trigger input of the 1UZ-FE non-VVTI: c024 type * primtrig: 12 tooth no missing teeth crank trigger * sectrig: 1 pulse with single lobe cam sensor. ** so "coiltype", with 24 primary pulses per engine cycle (c024) We need both sensor obviously for fully sequential. This is my first install. In VemsTune it seems to only be able to choose either Coil Type or Missing teeth. * not the case. VEMS supports more trigger setups than almost any other ECU (including some really exotic trigger setups) * This trigger is actually "coil type" c024, and has been supported in VEMS for longer than almost any other ECU |
